Today was a bit snowy.

A few hours ago, I was in a car accident— And I’m perfectly fine, if you had been wondering. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for my car.  But I’m not writing this to tell you of how awful my car looks and how I’ll probably have to get a new one, but instead to tell you of two people who basically saved my life.
Shortly after I had called 911, two people came up and knocked on my window (one of the only windows remaining) to make sure I was okay. And they were so nice and generous and let my stay in their truck while we waited for the police to arrive.  They stayed with me the entire time and were so incredibly helpful. And to top it off, they drove me home, as there was no one who would answer their phones to come get me.  So these complete strangers gave a few hours of their own valuable time to a stranger in need. 

Thank you a million times Leah and Anthony. You two were absolute blessings.
